Library ELF Alert Service

***LIBRARY ELF ALERT***  Effective June 26, 2014 the Wauconda Area Library will subscribe to BASIC ELF, not PREMIUM ELF.  With BASIC Elf, you will still have the following options:

  • Pre-due and Overdue email notifications.

As a subscriber, you do not have to do anything at this time.  After June 26, if you wish to upgrade as a Premium Elf subscriber (more notification features), you can do so for a fee (Details are on the Library Elf website).

Be assured that our current integrated library system (Polaris) offers many notification options that will keep you informed and current with your library account(s).  Polaris offers text and email notification for holds and overdue notices, as well as online account accessibility using your library barcode and password.  Library staff are available to assist should you have any questions using any of the Polaris features.  Call the library at 847-526-6225 for assistance.

Track your library materials with the Library ELF Alert Service!
