Have you ever wished you could sleep better? Do you ever lay awake in bed and wish you could fall asleep? Have you ever woken up tired and wondered how you were going to make it through the day?
If so, then you can do something about it immediately! Sleep is one of the most important things in our life. It affects our mood, concentration, immune system, and general enjoyment of our days and life. Dr. Lemke is trained in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) and will teach you simple, evidence-based strategies that can be used immediately. This workshop will give you control back of your sleep and allow you to finally have the sleep that you have only dreamed about. A good night's sleep can start tonight.
