The Library will close early on Wednesday, November 27th at 5:00 p.m. and remain closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28th. We will reopen at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 29th.

Learn the basics of flavors, how to become a flavor chemist, what is involved in flavor making, along with some fun facts and myths from our hometown flavor maker Synergy.  Enjoy some fun demos to better show how greatly flavors impact our daily life.
