Join ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide Linda Karlen on a guided nature walk to de-stress and connect with the outdoors.  This program will be held outside, in-person at Lakewood Forest Preserve in Wauconda.  Details/exact location to meet will be sent to all who register.
