Thanksgiving Holiday Closing

The Library will close early on Wednesday, November 27th at 5:00 p.m. and remain closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28th. We will reopen at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 29th.

REGISTER AT WAUCONDA PARK DISTRICT (Online or in person) or WAUCONDA TOWNSHIP

A perfect sunny, summer afternoon with friends at Cook Park while enjoying nature along the Park District boardwalk or a fun pontoon ride departing from the handicap accessible fishing pier. Vendors, Bingo, and entertainment will be on hand to round out our event. We will provide a picnic lunch of items from the grill with all the sides and fixings! Bring a lawn chair, sunscreen and your friends, we will do the rest. 

Please pre-register by September 7. Location: Behind the Community Center, at Wauconda Park District

Fee: Pre-registration $6 Day of registration $10
