Join instructor, Julie Benson, as she leads us through a relaxing hour of meditation and sound. Feel your stress melt away as the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls wash over you leaving you in a calm and peaceful state.
Attendees should bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on. You may also bring a pillow and light blanket if you like.
