Have you ever woken up tired and wondered how you were going to make it through the day?  If so, then you can do something about it immediately!  Sleep is one of the most important things in our life.  It affects our mood, concentration, immune system and general enjoyment of our days and life.  Dr. Lemke, creator of the online sleep course Drift with Dr. Lemke, is trained in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) and will teach you evidence-based strategies that will give you control back of your sleep and allow you to finally have the sleep that you have only dreamed about.
